About Me - Rose Biel

Originally from Colorado and now based in Mexico’s wild Baja California Sur region, I have made it my mission to improve the everyday human experience by inspiring self care practices, positive psychological meditations and slow living rituals for better emotional health. 

How did I begin my journey? 

Having identified many personal blockages that had been present since childhood, I sought out ways to overcome old relationship patterns, business challenges, and physical pains in order to grow. Once I realized my path to freedom, I intuitively knew that I could encourage and uplift others in a similar way. Everything in my life started to get better! My relationships to spirituality, nature, people I love and most importantly; the one with myself. Then I started to embrace my heritage as I come from a strong line of Latin American women who have always embraced natural medicine, spurring me to study traditional shamanic practices. In 2009, I experienced the Peruvian Q’ero Earth Keeper Way and later became certified by The Four Winds Center in energy medicine. Simultaneously i've trained in holistic nutrition, neuroscience principles, Silva Method and NVT. Today I am STILL enrolled in the very best school of all…life. For almost a decade, I’ve been facilitating ceremonies, sonic journeys, workshops, retreats and events, purposefully designing each experience in a highly customized way for participants around the world. 

A secret I’ve found is that curiosity and courage are what it takes to embark on your OWN path to self discovery. The trust and willingness to accept both the thorns and petals inspires one to bloom, love and cultivate a healthier life worth living.

Curated group experiences can host up to 100 people No matter which one you choose, we will begin with an open conversation about our goals and vision as a group, helping to create a more specific proposal based on individual requests. 

Friendly Reminder: Please be mindful when booking a corporate day retreat experience, to introduce me to the organizer/logistics manager for me to coordinate with him/her directly. 

Friendly Reminders: 

 Meditation takes time and patience! The more regularly you practice, the more you will feel and experience long term benefits.
 All meditations can be tremendously healing if participants are fully present and respect the guided process. 
 Set a clear intention before starting your meditation.
 Always participate from a place of integrity, honesty and authenticity.
